Our name is derived from the Latin word eXperientia , literally meaning learning through experience. Our award-winning, copyright experiential formats create unique micro – worlds which address critical behavioural competencies in a ‘real world’ setting. Our passion for creating learning environments draws strongly from media like theatre, adventure and the performing arts – we design business simulations using a wide variety of contexts. We Believe in the immense potential of humans and endeavour to leverage it to the fullest.
