Intervention
3 Day Experiential Workshop, addressing the above audiences and their down lines. A common framework of understanding was created, with regards to work ethics, values, team process responsibility and accountability.

Task teams formed to take on ‘Mission Critical’ projects in the areas of:

• a) Communication – Inter-team
• b) Induction Process
• c) Ideation process (OD)
• d) Key Process Documentation

Review sessions of these project teams conducted by Xperentia post workshop

Result – Aligned systems & processes to Organizational goals.
