Develop a performance-driven culture based on the ‘Rise’ philosophy as articulated by the chief stakeholder.


Intervention
Following an organizational audit conducted by Xperentia, an Experiential Workshop series addressing first line & skip level leadership across the organization, across locations.
Workshops for down lines were undertaken in phase two of the intervention. A common framework of understanding was created, with regards to work ethics, values, team process responsibility and accountability.


Task team formed to take on ‘Mission Critical’ projects in the areas of:
a) Communication – RISE philosophy b) Target 10X – Process alignment
c) Target 10X – Road map with milestones. d) Key Process Documentation

Review sessions of these project teams conducted by Xperentia in RISE 2.0 initiative.

Result – Aligned culture & processes to Organizational goals
